The Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (AER) International Conference 2018 was held at the Peppermill Resort in Reno, Nevada from July 25-29, 2018.
Zoomax USA exhibited at Booth 415 during the conference. The visitors stopped by the booth learned about the latest assistive technologies of developments and how they help the visually impaired students and their study with the independence improvement.
Zoomax USA’s president, David Bradburn, received visitors at the booth throughout the conference time and introduced the latest Zoomax device in person: the Snow 10 Pro, with text-to-speech technology, compatibility with accessible instructional materials (AIM) in PDF format and voice prompt, integrated on a 10″ portable video magnifier. Featuring the practical functions, the Snow 10 Pro was taken as a student-friendly and cost-efficient portable device for who suffered from poor eye conditions yet have normal hearing.
